By accessing or using Buildrship, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What Buildrship Is
- —Buildrship is a product launch and discovery platform for indie builders and founders.
- —We curate, display, and rank founder-built products based on real community engagement.
- —We do not endorse any specific product or guarantee its quality, safety, or legality.
3. User Accounts
- —You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- —One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to game the system is prohibited.
- —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- —You must be at least 13 years old to use Buildrship.
4. Product Submissions
- —Submitted products must be real, functional, and built by you or your team.
- —No spam, clone farms, AI-generated-only products with no real utility, or fake products.
- —We reserve the right to reject any submission at our sole discretion.
- —Approved products may be featured, promoted, or highlighted at our discretion.
- —We may remove any product that violates these terms without notice.
5. Payments
- —All paid plans (Launch Boost, Growth) are one-time payments per product launch.
- —No refunds are issued after a product submission has been approved and published.
- —Ad slots are non-refundable once the campaign is live.
- —Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store card data.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Buildrship:
- —Vote manipulation: Coordinating with others to artificially inflate your product's vote count.
- —Fake accounts: Creating accounts solely for upvoting your own products.
- —Misleading descriptions: Misrepresenting what your product does or its stage of development.
- —Harassment: Targeting or harassing other makers, users, or the Buildrship team.
- —Illegal content: Submitting products that facilitate illegal activity.
7. Intellectual Property
- —You retain full ownership of your product content, logos, and descriptions.
- —By submitting, you grant Buildrship a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform and in promotional materials.
- —Buildrship's name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Buildrship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Buildrship after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buildrship operates.
